CHESANING -- Bullock Creek opened a big early lead and cruised to a 67-21 win over host Chesaning in Tri-Valley Conference Central girls' basketball on Tuesday.
The Lancers led 19-4 after the first quarter and 35-11 at halftime before outscoring the Indians 32-10 in the second half.

ST LOUIS - Mike Greenwood led MLS with 15 points, and Todd Brassow added 14 points in the win on Friday night. Jesse Lindloff also had 10 points and 10 rebounds for Seminary.

ITHACA — Michigan Lutheran Seminary built an early lead and cruised to the 46-32 win over host Ithaca Tuesday in girls basketball.

SAGINAW - The Cardinals dumped host Saginaw Arts and Sciences 47-20 in girls non-league basketball on Tuesday.
The Defense held the Dragons to only 8 of 15 shooting and forced many turnovers and shutting them out completely in the third quarter.

ST LOUIS - Michigan Lutheran Seminary used a strong second quarter to down host St Louis 46-40 Thursday in girls basketball.
After a 8-8 tie heading into the second quarter, the Cards made a small raly in the second for a 26-19 lead at halftime.
St Louis tried to get back in the game in the second half but the Card defense held on for the win.

CARROLLTON — Eight wrestlers for Carrollton went 2-0 on the night as the Cavaliers picked up a pair of wins in their home quadrangular Wednesday night.
Carrollton was the only team to go 2-0 at the meet, defeating Valley Lutheran 66-18 and then Michigan Lutheran Seminary 45-33.
The Cardinals (9-4 overall) and Chargers (4-14) each finished 1-1, both topping Merrill.

The Cardinals lost its matchup with host Ubly 22-15 on Friday in the first round of the division 8 football playoffs.

Michigan Lutheran Seminary held on for a 22-19 TVC win over host St Louis Friday.
The score went back and forth as the two teams traded touchdowns the whole game.

It only took three straight sets for the Chargers to down the Cardinals 3-0 on Wednesday evening.
Valley Lutheran won 25-17, 25-21, 25-17 with Sam Shafer leadint the way woth 10 kills and 10 digs. Kaelin Martlock added 17 assists, 6 digs and 5 kills, while Mikaela Yurgens tallied 8 kills and 6 blocks.
The Chargers travel to play Carrollton next Wednesday while the Cardinals host St Charles.
