YPSILANTI — Four players scored in double figures as Saginaw High rolled to an 82-63 win over Detroit Denby in the Metro Detroit Christmas Tournament Thursday night at Lincoln High School.

Leading the way for the Trojans (5-1) was Markell Bradshaw with 20 points, followed by Jeffrey Hill with 11 and Julian Henderson and Kevin Marshall with 10 apiece. Devario Gaines pulled down a team-best 10 rebounds.

“We played with a lot more energy tonight than we have in earlier games,” Saginaw High coach Julian Taylor said. “There were a lot of guys going all out by diving for loose balls and passing the ball around. We played solid team ball.”

The Trojans wrap up the two-day tournament against Ann Arbor Huron Friday night at Ypsilanti High School.
