Valley Lutheran boys soccer remains undefeated early in the season with a 4-1 non-conference win over visiting Burton Genesee christian Tuesday.
The Chargers jumped out to an 2-0 halftime lead with goals by Nathan Spencer and Ricky Butler. Butler and Landon Schriber added second half goals, while Burton only managed a single goal for a Charger 4-1 win.
Schriber, Spencer and Zach Seder tallied 1 assist each, while goalie Austin Swiercz made 6 saves in the net.
Valley Lutheran improves to 5-0 and hosts TVC East opponent Birch Run on Monday in a league game.
