Valley Lutheran stayed undefeated improving to 7-0 on the season with a 6-2 win over North Branch. Ricky Butler had another good game scoring 2 goals and added an assist. Butler now has 10 goals in seven games. Five different players scored a goal for Valley Lutheran.
The Chargers led 4-1 at the half and got two more in the second half while holding North Branch to a single goal.
Andres Niederstadt had 1 goal and 2 assists, David Becker, Nate Kern and Landon Schriber each tallied a goal apiece. Goalie Austin Swiercz made 6 saves in the net while allowing two penalty kicks to get past him.
Austin Kipt and Garrett Washington scored goals for North Branch on penalty kicks.
Valley Lutheran hosts Frankenmuth next Wednesday in TVC conference action.
