Saginaw Nouvel was down by three going into the fourth quarter, but was able to outscore Carrollton 13-7 to come back to win the game by three points.

The teams were tied with a minute and a half to go and Carrollton had possession. Paige Albito was able to steal the ball and convert it to a two point shot. Carrollton was unable to recover.
“It was the play of the game. It shifted the momentum, after that we were shooting free throws back and forth, but it stayed at that two point mark,”  Carrollton coach Steve Saults said.
Taylor Hengesbach led Saginaw Nouvel with 15 points, Nicole Buckingham contributed nine.
Carrollton's  Beverly Wallace scored 11 points, followed by Dymond Perry with nine.
