CHESANING -- Bullock Creek opened a big early lead and cruised to a 67-21 win over host Chesaning in Tri-Valley Conference Central girls' basketball on Tuesday.
The Lancers led 19-4 after the first quarter and 35-11 at halftime before outscoring the Indians 32-10 in the second half.

This past Saturday, the Dow High competitive cheer team advanced to Division 1 regionals by placing second out of 14 teams at the district competition at Davison.

SAGINAW - The last time Dr. Ziggy Kozicki played in the Saginaw Gus Macker 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, he won the Toilet Bowl Trophy.
