Twelve Swan Valley wrestlers, including six district champions qualified to advance to the division 3 individual regionals. Freeland had seven wrestlers advance at the Standish-Sterling individual districts on Saturday.

The Viking qualifiers are, Dylan Ewald  (103), Jared Flores (112), BJ Suitor (119), Chris Theile (125), Mitch Malott (130), Darius Wass (130), Jerry Flores (140), Jeremy Hippensteel (140), Matt Beebe  (145), Troy Lamson (152), Jake May (160), Jake Schirmer (189). The only Viking wrestler crowned with an individual title was, Malott at 130 pounds.

Freeland qualifiers were, Glenn Fitkin and Kyle Henderson at 119 pounds, Denny Gatz (125), Monte Scott (135), Eric Neuenfeldt (160), Danny Laatsch (171) and Jarred Pitts at 215 pounds.  Scott  (135) Neuenfeldt  (160) and Pitts (215) won an individual district title for the Falcons.

The wrestlers will compete at the Richmond individual regional next Saturday.
