Bay City Central Clinches SVL Wrestling Title Over Weekend 2-1-10

Bay City Central won the Saginaw Valley League wrestling title on Saturday. The Wolves defeated Arthur Hill (55-17) and Midland Dow (50-29) in league matches to win the league title with an 8-1 record.

Double winners for the Wolves were Markus Gonzales - 112, Tyler Lemke -119, Korey Reinhardt - 135, Albert Torres -140, Shane O'Shea - 145, Mike Meeth - 171 and Sean Brady - 215.

Bay City Central and Bay City Western both finished with identical 8-1 SVL records but the Wolves defeated the Warriors earlier this season for the tie-breaker.
